Riverside Community Services Mobile Crisis Team

In some circumstances children and adults may require urgent evaluation by behavioral health professionals. This is necessary if an individual has made a statement about harming themselves. However, individuals with a high probability of having a behavioral health crisis, even if not acutely in distress, can also benefit from these kinds of evaluations.

If you have a concern about the safety for an adult, a child, or yourself you can reach the Mobile Crisis Intervention team for the Foxborough area via Riverside Community Services. This emergency services program is available 24 hours a day by calling 1-800-529-5077.

If an individual is physically injured or the situation has already become unsafe for anyone we encourage you to call 911 to report the situation and seek assistance.

If you are calling Riverside in regards to an individual who is living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or a developmental disability, please alert the person on the phone to this detail. Riverside may be able to make a staff member with expertise in this area available to you.
